In melee combat, this blade provides an additional +3 Attack vs Fire creatures, -3 Attack vs Water creatures; and a 33% chance to replenish up to 1 health per 4 damage inflicted by the wielder while enchanted with Blood Lust; and each strike shall reduce defender armor by 1 for 18 seconds (cumulative).
