In melee combat, this staff provides an additional +10 Attack vs Water creatures, -10 Attack vs Fire creatures; and a 25% chance to envoke Sparks.

Life Warriors, Yeoman and Cavalier may also wield this staff and only invoke sparks 5% of the time.
