Any Mage, except for Order mages, may wield this disorderly staff to receive +5 Attack, Mana and Wisdom, +3 Armor, +50% Order Resistance and the ability to cast Destruction. In melee combat, the wielder receives +10 Attack vs Order creatuers, -10 Attack vs Chaos creatures; and has a 25% chance to invoke a random spell (Poison, Hand of Fate, Balkoth's Word, Fireball, Leeches, Icy Coffin).

Life Warriors, Yeoman and Cavalier may also wield this staff. Non-Mages wielding this staff will instead have a 5% chance to invoke a random spell on attack.
